I spent 12 years at Google, across three countries and thousands of sales conversations, before that realization pulled me from selling into building and running Google Sales School, Google's first globally consistent, award-winning sales training program.
Today I run my own coaching and consulting practice, focused entirely on the personal and professional development of individuals and teams. That includes both 1:1 coaching for private clients and 18 months as a Global Sales Coach and Facilitator at Pinterest, coaching enterprise sellers through their toughest conversations. It also includes serving as a Business and People Development consultant and coach for a longtime client, and building three programs of my own, focused on Purpose, Perspective, and Practice.
I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Challenger Certified Facilitator, and Google Mastery Faculty member.
I love creating space for people to be seen, heard, challenged, and supported, because that's where real progress starts. That's what I did for over 20 years in sales. It's what I do now for the leaders, teams, and sellers I work with. And it's what I'd love to do for you.
