Creating space is about intentionally setting up a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes learning, collaboration, and personal growth. It’s about making sure everyone feels at ease expressing themselves, sharing ideas, and venturing into new concepts.

After 12 years as a Sales Leader and Facilitator at Google, I leaned into my true passion–creating space for growth-minded individuals and teams to uncover their potential by connecting with their true authentic selves so they can show up in the world with intention, direction, and confidence.
