Hi, I’m Leah, I create space for individuals and teams to be seen, heard, challenged, and supported in their growth so that they are empowered to live their life with authenticity, purpose, and fulfillment.

I am the founder of Honor The Space, LLC, a coaching & facilitation practice that is a unique blend of my values, principles, and diverse experiences to create a nurturing, growth-focused, and impactful space for development.

“Honor The Space” means cultivating a sense of presence and connection to wherever we may find ourselves, so that we are open to curiosity, exploration, and personal growth.

I am a Co-Active coach with over 24 years of professional experience in coaching, facilitation, sales leadership & training, including 12 years at Google, 4 different countries, and multiple industries.
